Usually, we undergo physical examination when we are sick, but there are times when we have to get our-self diagnosed in order to get job.
This is because of the prominent factor that today many recruitment companies hire only those candidates who are fit and fine to work.
In regard to this, many medical care centers have setup particular departments for this and tied bond with recruitment companies for conducting examination of candidates who are coming in for the jobs. The centers make sure the physical exams are safe and give accurate results.
Pre-employment physical test also known as pre-employment screen, it is basically a way to evaluate physical test of employees before hiring them.
The process is quite safe and secure. During the recruitment procedure, candidate has to go through physical examination or submit the documents of physical tests.
